1. Who operates this website

This website and the Urban Serenity guest-verification service are operated by ABS Prime Ventures LLP under the hospitality brand ABS Stays. You can contact us at stays@absglobalventures.com or +91-9999697194.

2. Website and communication information

The public website does not process direct bookings or payments. The hosting provider may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. When you contact us by email, phone, Instagram or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to answer questions, support a reservation or address operational and safety matters.

3. Guest verification and identity documents

Confirmed or prospective guests may use our private /guest page to submit the primary guest’s name, mobile number and front-and-back images of accepted residential government identification. The primary guest also provides the check-in date and tentative arrival time in Indian Standard Time for the group. Additional guests provide only ID images. A front image is required for every guest; a back image may be omitted only when the guest independently selects “Back side not required”. That selection is recorded. Accepted documents include Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport and Driving Licence. PAN cards are not requested or accepted for this purpose.

The person submitting documents must be authorised to provide them, including documents belonging to additional guests. Identity information is used only for pre-arrival verification, check-in support, guest and property safety, record-keeping connected with the stay and compliance with applicable legal or platform obligations.

4. How KYC records are protected

Submitted verification records—including the primary guest’s name, mobile number and all ID images—are encrypted at rest using authenticated encryption and are not exposed through public file links. They can be opened only through the password-protected ABS Stays admin console. Verification pages are excluded from search indexing, browser caching is disabled, and the admin session expires after inactivity. No security method is perfect, so guests should submit documents only through the official HTTPS address provided by ABS Stays.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain guest-verification records only for as long as reasonably necessary for verification, the related stay, safety, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations. The admin console includes permanent deletion, and ABS Stays should remove ID records promptly when the operational or legal need ends. Guests may request deletion or correction by contacting us, subject to any record that must be retained by law or for a legitimate unresolved matter.

6. Booking platforms and external services

Reservations may be completed through Airbnb, Booking.com or Agoda using the authorised links on this website. Information submitted to a booking platform is governed by that platform’s own privacy terms and systems. The website also links to Google Maps, Instagram and WhatsApp and embeds Google Maps on location pages; those providers may process connection data under their own policies. Fonts and interface scripts are served locally. A short notification email includes the primary guest’s name, guest count, arrival details and submission reference, with a link requiring admin sign-in. ID images are never attached to notification emails.

7. Cookies and analytics

No advertising or analytics tracker is intentionally activated in this release. Essential hosting and security functions may use technical storage. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, this policy and any required consent mechanism should be updated before activation.

8. Your choices and requests

You may ask what personal information ABS Stays holds in direct communications or the guest-verification system, request correction, or request deletion where legally and operationally appropriate. 9. Updates
