1. Website purpose
This website presents ABS Stays and Urban Serenity for general information. It is not a direct booking engine, payment portal or guarantee of availability.
2. Booking relationship
Reservations are completed through Airbnb, Booking.com or Agoda. A booking exists only when confirmed by the selected platform under its applicable terms, price, cancellation policy and house rules.
3. Guest verification
ABS Stays may ask guests to complete pre-arrival identity verification through the official absglobalventures.com/guest/ page. Submit only accepted government identification belonging to you or to an additional guest who has authorised you to provide it. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport and Driving Licence. Do not submit PAN cards, payment-card information, unrelated documents, unlawful material or false identification. Verification does not by itself create or alter a booking-platform reservation.
4. Accuracy and changes
We aim to keep property descriptions, amenities and contact details accurate. Facilities, access instructions, policies and third-party information may change. The selected platform’s live listing and confirmed reservation details take priority where information differs.
5. Acceptable use and security
You may browse and share links to this website for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access to the guest or admin systems, interfere with security, submit malicious files, impersonate another person, scrape content at an unreasonable scale or use ABS Stays brand assets in a misleading way.
6. Intellectual property
The ABS Stays name, logo, website design, original text and visual identity belong to ABS Prime Ventures LLP or are used with permission. Property photographs remain subject to the rights of their respective owner.
7. External services
Links to Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Google Maps, Instagram, WhatsApp and other websites are provided for convenience. ABS Prime Ventures LLP does not control every aspect of those services and is not responsible for their independent availability, policies or content.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ABS Prime Ventures LLP is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on outdated website information, third-party service interruption or use of external links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts in Delhi, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
