1. Website purpose
This website presents ABS Stays and Urban Serenity for general information. It is not a direct booking engine, payment portal or guarantee of availability.
2. Booking relationship
Reservations are currently completed through Airbnb. A booking exists only when confirmed by Airbnb under the applicable platform terms, price, cancellation policy and house rules.
3. Accuracy and changes
We aim to keep property descriptions, amenities and contact details accurate. Facilities, access instructions, policies and third-party information may change. The live Airbnb listing and confirmed reservation details take priority where information differs.
4. Acceptable use
You may browse and share links to this website for lawful personal purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape content at an unreasonable scale or use brand assets in a misleading way.
5. Intellectual property
The ABS Stays name, logo, website design, original text and visual identity belong to ABS Global Ventures LLP or are used with permission. Property photographs remain subject to the rights of their respective owner and platform delivery terms.
6. External services
Links to Airbnb, Google Maps, Instagram, WhatsApp and other websites are provided for convenience. ABS Global Ventures LLP does not control every aspect of those services and is not responsible for their independent availability, policies or content.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ABS Global Ventures LLP is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on outdated website information, third-party service interruption or use of external links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts in Delhi, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
